Commencing his real estate career in 1995, Nik Jones quickly established himself as one of the areas leading sales agents working under the guidance of his father in the family business, Peter Jones Realty.
Nik purchased the business in 1999, before breaking many local sales records and receiving several accolades at REIWA’s annual industry awards nights, including being awarded the coveted Grand Master Award, on these special occassions placing him at the top level for real estate sales excellence in WA.
Re-branding the business as Nik Jones Realty in 2002, Nik transformed the company from a three person operation to a power-house local business employing over 20 staff, before entering into a strategic merger to establish Jones Ballard Property Group, the largest real estate firm in Como and one of the largest independent real estate firms south of the river.
With the day to day operations of the business managed by his business partners, Nik is free to do what he does best…..marketing and negotiating the sale of local residential real estate. With the support of his specialist team comprising Sales Associate, Ashley Edwards and Business Manager, Dara Milosevic.
