Jones Ballard Property Group in Como recently celebrated it’s first year of operation with over $150 million in property sales.

Jones Ballard was established in April 2007 following the merger of Nik Jones Realty and Quin Ballard Real Estate and has now become the largest real estate agency in Como, and one of the largest independent firms South of the river.

The directors of the firm, Nik Jones, Kareena Ballard, Adrian Ballard and Shaun Yeo, enjoyed a night of celebration at the Raffles Hotel with their team to mark this important milestone in the development of the new company.

Jones Ballard Property Group now employs 38 staff and has properties under management valued at more than $650 million.

The company has also won awards for being the top selling real estate agency south of the river within the Ausnet Real Estate Group during the past year, along with consistently appearing amongst the top performing companies for REIWA.

Nik Jones said that he was delighted with the success of the company during its first year of operation.
